اثرهای پیت خزه، کوکوپیت و پسماند شیرین‌بیان بر ویژگی‌های رشدی شمعدانی (Pelargonium × hortorum ‘Ringo 2000 Deep Red’)

شمعدانی یکی از گیاهان زینتی مهم گلدانی و باغچه‌ای است که گزینش و تهیه یک محیط کشت مناسب، برای موفقیت تولید آن اهمیت دارد. برای بررسی اثر کاربرد پیت خزه، کوکوپیت و پسماند ریشه شیرین‌بیان در آمیخته‌ای با پایه خاک (50% حجمی شامل خاک و پرلایت به نسبت 5:2)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح به‌طور کامل تصادفی با 6 تیمار (50% حجمی) شامل پیت خزه (P50)، کوکوپیت (C50)، پسماند ریشه شیرین‌بیان (L50)، پیت + کوکوپیت (P25C25)، پیت + پسماند شیرین‌بیان (P25L25) و کوکوپیت + پسماند شیرین‌بیان (C25L25) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار شاخص‌های رشد اندام هوایی شمعدانی شامل ارتفاع بوته، وزن تر شاخساره، وزن خشک شاخساره، شمار برگ، میانگین سطح برگ، شمار گل‌آذین، طول دمگل و رتبه کیفیت ظاهری مربوط به بستر P50 بود. بیشترین مقدار شاخص‌های رشد ریشه شامل وزن تر ریشه، وزن خشک ریشه و حجم ریشه در بستر پیت خزه + کوکوپیت به­دست آمد. بیشترین نسبت سطح برگ (LAR) و محتوای نسبی آب برگ مربوط به تیمار P50 و بیشترین مقدار کلروفیل مربوط به تیمار P25L25 بود. به‌طور کلی بهترین عملکرد رویشی و زایشی گیاه شمعدانی در تیمار P50 (حاوی خاک لومی (35%) پرلایت (15%) و پیت خزه (50%)) و پس از آن در تیمار P25C25 دیده شد. بنابراین، در شرایط نبود دسترسی به پیت خزه می‌‌توان کمتر از 50% از پیت خزه را با کوکوپیت جایگزین کرد و مقدار بیشتر کوکوپیت روی رشد گیاه اثر منفی دارد. پسماند شیرین بیان بر بیشتر شاخص‌های اندازه گیری شده اثر منفی داشت.
