واکاوی چالش‌ها و موانع پیش روی گلخانه‌داران گیاهان زینتی استان مازندران

یکی از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌های اقتصادی در استان مازندران تولید گل و گیاهان زینتی است؛ به‌طوری‌که یکی از مهم‌ترین قطب‌های تولید گل و گیاهان زینتی در کشور محسوب می‌شود و برنامه‌ریزان و مجریان به دنبال آن هستند که به گسترش و بهبود این نوع از فعالیت کشاورزی کمک کنند. ازاین‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی چالش‌ها و موانع گلخانه‌داران گل و گیاهان زینتی استان مازندران و ارائه راهکارهایی برای حل این چالش‌ها و موانع بود. این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی با رویکرد کمی بود و جامعه آماری آن را 1817 تولیدکننده گل و گیاه زینتی در استان مازندران تشکیل دادند که 202 نفر از آن‌ها با استفاده از فرمول دانیل و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده گزینش شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط گروهی از متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران باغبانی و ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی تأیید شد و برای تعیین پایایی آن از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن (7/0-9/0) مناسب بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار V26 SPSS بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها در بخش آمار توصیفی نشان داد که بیشتر گلخانه‌داران (3/74%) مرد بودند، سطح تحصیلات بیشتر آن‌ها (5/48%) کارشناسی بود و پیشه اصلی بیش از نیمی (1/74%) از پاسخگویان گلخانه‌داری بوده است. همچنین، بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، نیمی از گلخانه‌داران (5/56%) گلخانه‌های سنتی و نیمه‌سنتی داشتند و بیشتر (8/65%) آن‌ها به کشت و پرورش گل‌های آپارتمانی مشغول بودند. روش آبیاری و منبع آب آبیاری بیش از نیمی از آن‌ها به ترتیب به‌صورت غرقابی و آب‌های زیرزمینی (چاه) بوده است. بر اساس یافته‌های تحلیل عاملی، چالش‌ها و موانع پیش روی گلخانه‌داران در فرآیند تولید در هشت عامل اقتصادی- حمایتی، زیرساختی- نهادی، توانمندی علمی- عملی، آموزشی- ترویجی، بازاریابی و فروش، ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت، سامانه پایش و نظارت و سیاستی- قانونی دسته‌بندی شدند. بنابراین، سیاست‌گذاران، برنامه‌ریزان و مجریان می‌توانند با تمرکز و توجه به چالش‌ها و موانع شناسایی‌شده پیش روی گلخانه‌داران از طریق رفع آن‌ها به بهبود وضعیت گلخانه‌داران گل و گیاهان زینتی و گسترش کشت گلخانه‌ای استان کمک شایان توجهی کنند.
