اثر اتیل متان سولفونات و پرتو گاما بر ویژگی‌های فیزیولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی شقایق (Papaver macrostomum Boiss. and A. Huet)

شقایق یک گیاه زینتی علفی است که به‌‌صورت وحشی در نواحی مختلف ایران رشد می‌‌کند و ترکیب های گوناگون دارویی دارد. برای بررسی اثر اتیل متان سولفونات و پرتو گاما بر ویژگی‌های فیزیولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی این گیاه آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح به‌طور کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل اتیل متان سولفونات در چهار سطح صفر، 1/0، 2/0 و 3/0%) و پرتو گاما در چهار سطح صفر، 10، 50 و 100 گری بود. ویژگی‌های مورد بررسی میزان سبزینه، کاروتنوئید، فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، فلاونوئید، فنول و قند بود. بیشتر تیمارها سبب افزایش میزان شاخص های مورد بررسی شدند. بیشترین میزان سبزینه در تیمار 1/0% اتیل متان سولفونات دیده شد و بیشترین مقدار کاروتنوئید در تیمار 50 گری گاما و همچنین تیمار 1/0% اتیل متان سولفونات اندازه‌‌گیری شد که اختلاف معنی‌‌داری با یکدیگر نشان ندادند. بیشینه فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و قند در تیمار 1/0% اتیل متان سولفونات ثبت شد. بیشترین میزان فنول و فلاونوئید در تیمار 3/0% اتیل متان سولفونات دیده شد. به طور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از عوامل جهش زا می تواند ویژگی های فیزیولوژیک و فیتوشیمیایی P. macrostomum را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. با این حال، عامل جهش زایی اتیل متان سولفونات به تنهایی موثرتر از سایر تیمارها بود.
