تأثیر نورهای LED و الیسیتور بر شاخص‌‌های فتوسنتزی گل میمون

چکیده:   (1414 مشاهده)
گل میمون، متعلق به تیره گل میمون می­باشد. این گیاه چند ساله بوده که به­صورت یکساله کشت می­شود. در واقع باید این گیاه در مناطق با زمستان سرد به­صورت یکساله و در نواحی که زمستان نه چندان سرد (حداقل دمای زمستان 10 درجه سلسیوس) به صورت دو ساله کشت کرد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر ترکیبی طیف‌های مختلف نور LED و غلظت‌های مختلف نانولوله‌های کربنی بر ویژگی‌های بیوشسمیایی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه گل میمون انجام شد. آزمایش در شرایط کنترل شده و به صورت فاکتوریل با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل ترکیبات مختلف نور LED سفید، آبی، قرمز و 80 درصد نور آبی + 20 درصد نور قرمز، 60 درصد نور آبی + 40 درصد نور قرمز، 80 درصد نور قرمز + 20 درصد نور آبی و 60 درصد نور قرمز + 40 درصد نور آبی و سه غلظت مختلف (0، 50 و 100 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر) نانولوله‌های کربنی بودند. پارامترهای مورد ارزیابی شامل میزان کلروفیل، هدایت روزنه‌ای و فلورسانس کلروفیل بودند. نتایج نشان داد که هم طیف‌های نور LED و هم نانولوله‌های کربنی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر رشد و پاسخ‌های فیزیولوژیکی گیاه گل میمون داشتند. طیف‌های مختلف نور LED تأثیرات متفاوتی بر میزان کلروفیل، هدایت روزنه‌ای و فلورسانس داشتند. ترکیب نور قرمز و آبی اغلب نتایج مثبتی را به همراه داشت. نانولوله‌های کربنی، به­ویژه در غلظت‌های بالاتر، بر هدایت روزنه‌ای و فلورسانس تأثیر گذاشتند. تعامل آن‌ها با تیمارهای نوری، پاسخ‌های گیاه را بیشتر تعدیل می‌کرد. میزان کلروفیل به­عنوان شاخص اصلی کارایی فتوسنتز، تحت تأثیر معنی‌دار هر دو تیمار نور و نانولوله قرار گرفت. همچنین هدایت روزنه‌ای نیز تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت. اندازه‌گیری فلورسانس نیز نتایجی را در مورد کارایی استفاده از انرژی نور در فتوسنتز ارائه داد.
