ارزیابی گوناگونی مورفولوژیک برخی از جمعیت‌‌های آنمون (Anemone spp. L.) در ایران

آنمون (Anemone spp. L.) یک گیاه سوخوار خودرو در ایران است که دارای ظرفیت زینتی بالایی می‌باشد. برخلاف توزیع گسترده تعداد زیادی از نمونه­های آنمون در ایران، تاکنون توجهی به بررسی گوناگونی آنمون‌‌های ایران در سطح ظاهری، به‌عنوان گام آغازین در شناسایی ذخایر توارثی نشده است. در این پژوهش برای ارزیابی گوناگونی مورفولوژیک، 26 جمعیت آنمون (250 نمونه شامل دو گونه Anemone coronaria L. وDC.  Anemone biflora) از مناطق مختلف ایران شامل استان‌‌های ایلام، کرمانشاه، لرستان، خوزستان، همدان، کردستان و خراسان رضوی جمع‌‌آوری شد. برای بررسی گوناگونی مورفولوژیک از ویژگی‌هایی مانند ارتفاع ساقه، تعداد گل، تعداد جوانه گل، قطر گل، طول دمبرگ، تعداد برگ گریبانی، تعداد گلبرگ‌‌ها، تعداد برگ‌‌ها، تعداد پرچم‌‌ها و طول و عرض گلبرگ‌‌ها استفاده شد. جمع‌‌آوری نمونه‌‌ها در مرحله گلدهی انجام شد. نتایج بیانگر وجود گوناگونی گسترده در جمعیت‌‌های مختلف آنمون بود. بیشترین درصد گوناگونی(33/79%) به تعداد جوانه‌‌های گل مربوط بود که در دامنه‌‌ای از صفر تا چهار جوانه متغیر بود. کمترین گوناگونی(97/0%) مربوط به تعداد برگ گریبانی بود که برای بیشتر جمعیت‌‌ها تعداد سه عدد برگ گریبانی ثبت شد. برای تعداد گلبرگ به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌‌ترین ویژگی‌های زینتی میزان گوناگونی کم(38/4%) و بین چهار تا 9 گلبرگ مشاهده شد. براساس نتایج، تعداد گلبرگ با طول گلبرگ، عرض گلبرگ، تعداد برگ و تعداد پرچم همبستگی مثبت داشت درحالی‌که با تعداد گل بازشده همبستگی منفی نشان داد. نتایج تجزیه به مؤلفه‌‌های اصلی نشان داد که پنج مؤلفه اول 3/84% از کل تغییرات را تبیین می‌‌کنند. در مؤلفه اصلی اول که 7/%45 از تغییرات را تبیین نمود، ویژگی‌هایی که در این مؤلفه از ضریب بالایی برخوردار بودند به پوشش گل اختصاص داشتند. در مؤلفه اصلی دوم که 6/17% از تغییرات را تبیین نمود ویژگی‌های زایشی گل دارای بیشترین ضریب­ها بودند. تجزیه خوشه‌‌ای، ویژگی‌های ریخت­شناسی جمعیت‌‌های مورد بررسی را به چهار گروه جداگانه تقسیم نمود که هرکدام دارای ویژگی‌‌های متفاوتی بودند. تجزیه خوشه‌‌ای نتوانست جمعیت‌‌ها را بر اساس نوع گونه یا منطقه جغرافیایی جداسازی کند. یافته‌‌های ما نشان داد که جمعیت‌‌های  A (ایلام 1‌‌)، جمعیت‌‌های G (ایلام 7)، I (کرمانشاه 1) و F (ایلام 6) به دلیل برتری در اندازه گل، طول ساقه، تعداد گل و تعداد برگ می‌‌توانند به‌عنوان جمعیت­های برتر گزینش شوند. در مجموع، جمعیت‌‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده آنمون به‌عنوان یک منبع غنی ژنتیکی برای نگهداری خارج از رویشگاه و استفاده در برنامه‌‌های بهنژادی مفید خواهند بود.
