بررسی فراسنجه‌‌های جمعیت‌‌شناسی کنه شکارگر Amblyseius swirskii Athias-Henriot (Acari: Phytoseiidae) روی کنه میوه خشکCarpoglyphus lactis Linnaeus (Acari: Astigmata) با هدف تولید انبوه

کنه شکارگر Amblyseius swirskii Athias-Henriot یکی از رایج‌‌ترین عوامل کنترل زیستی کنه تارتن دونقطه‌ای، سفید‌‌بالک گلخانه و تریپس پیاز در گلخانه‌هاست که به طور گسترده‌ در محصول­های گلخانه‌های جهان به­کار می‌‌رود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی فراسنجه‌‌های جمعیت‌‌شناسی این کنه روی کنه میوه خشک برای آسان شدن پرورش انبوه این شکارگر بود. برای ارزیابی پرورش انبوه این شکارگر، جدول زیستی آن روی تخم‌ها، مراحل پورگی و کنه‌های بالغ میوه خشک Carpoglyphus lactis Linnaeus در شرایط °C 1±25،  رطوبت نسبی 5±%70، و نورگاه  16:8 (تاریکی:نور) بررسی شد. شاخص‌های جمعیت شناسی A. swirskii ازجمله: r، λ و R0 هنگام تغذیه از تخم و فراسنجه نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت هنگام تغذیه از مراحل مختلف کنه میوه خشک در تولید انبوه برآورد گردید. افزون بر این 20 تیمار با ترکیب‌های مختلف با حضور و 20 تیمار بدون حضور کنه میوه خشک با سه تکرار در قالب کرت‌‌های به­طور کامل تصادفی با روش پرورش انبوه اجرا و نرخ‌ ذاتی تولید ‌مثلی شکارگر برای همه تیمار‌ها محاسبه گردید. بررسی جدول زندگی روی تخم، مراحل پورگی و بالغ کنه میوه خشک نشان داد که کنه A. swirskii دارای توانایی تکثیر انبوه روی هر سه مرحله رشدی کنه میوه خشک میباشد. شاخص‌های جمعیت‌‌شناسی A. swirskii ازجمله: r، λ و R0 هنگام تغذیه از تخم کنه میوه خشک به ترتیب 165/0 بر روز، 173/1 بر روز و 95/12 تخم بر ماده برآورد گردید. نتایج بررسی شاخص‌های جدول زندگی به‌ویژه r نشان داد که کنه میوه خشک میزبان مناسبی برای این کنه شکارگر است. همچنین جیره مصنوعی تیمار شماره 20 بدون حضور کنه میوه خشک برای پرورش انبوه این کنه شکارگر به عنوان یک روش جایگزین تشخیص داده شد.
