مطالعه تاثیر فسفر بر گلدهی و برخی صفات رویشی گل آهار (.Zinnia sp) در محیط حاوی ورمی کمپوست

گل آهار به علت داشتن طول دوره گل‌دهی طولانی و استفاده به‌صورت شاخه بریدنی و در فضای باز، از گیاهان زینتی پر کاربرد می­ باشد. در این پژوهش اثر محلول پاشی فسفر و بستر کشت ورمی کمپوست بر خصوصیات رویشی و گلدهی گل آهار در یک آزمایش گلخانه‌ای بررسی شد. تیمارها شامل فـسفر در سه سطح (صفر، 5/0 و 1 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) به صورت محلول­ پاشی و ورمی کمپوست در سه سطح (صفر، 10 و 20 درصد حجمی) بود کـه به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی و در سه تکرار به صورت گلدانی بر نشاها اجرا گردید. گیاهان در شرایط گلخانه به مدت دو ماه رشد کردند. سـپس گیاهـان از محـل طوقه قطع و برگ و ساقه آنها جدا گردید. صفات اندازه ­گیری شده شامل وزن­تر و خشک گیاه، میزان کلروفیل a و b، شاخص کلروفیل، طول ریشه، ساقه گل دهنده و قطر گل بوده است. نتایج نشان داد استفاده از فسفر و ورمی کمپوست با درصدهای بالاتر اثر گذاری معنی­داری در تمامی صفات مورد بررسی نسبت به شاهد داشت. به طوری که بیشترین قطر گل به میزان 5/5 سانتی متر و بیشترین طول شاخه گل دهنده 5/32 سانتی متر در تیمار 1 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم فسفر و سطح 20 درصد ورمی کمپوست حاصل شد. همچنین مقدار کلروفیل a و b، وزن­تر و خشک گیاه و شاخص کلروفیل در سطوح ورمی کمپوست 20 درصد و فسفر 5/0 و 1 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم بیشترین مقدار مشاهده شد. به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از ورمی کپوست در بستر کشت به همراه محلول پاشی فسفر موجب بهبود صفات رویشی و زایشی در گل آهار می­گردد.
