fa افزونش نسترن زرد (Rosa foetida Herrm.) با قلمه چوب نرم تحت تیمار تنظیم کننده‌‌های رشد گیاهی ایندول بوتیریک اسید و اسید سالیسیلیک Propagation of Persian yellow rose (Rosa foetida Herrm.) through softwood cuttings treated with plant growth regulators indole-3-butyric acid and salicylic acid عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">نسترن زرد (Rosa foetida Herrm.) بومی ایران و یکی از گونه‌‌های وحشی جنس رز می‌‌باشد. این گیاه در کنار جنبه زینتی دارای خواص دارویی بی‌‌شماری است، ولی توجه چندانی به آن نشده است. در حالی که به‌‌دلیل ارزش دارویی و زینتی می‌‌تواند مورد کشت و کار قرار گیرد. در پژوهش حاضر افزونش نسترن زرد با قلمه چوب نرم تحت تنظیم کننده‌‌های رشد گیاهی ایندول بوتیریک اسید (IBA) و اسید سالیسلیک (SA) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به این ‌‌منظور قلمه‌‌های چوب نرم نسترن زرد با طول 15 سانتی‌‌متر و قطر تقریبی 5/0 سانتی‌‌متر در مرداد سال 1402 جمع آوری و تمام برگ‌‌های آن‌‌ها به‌‌غیر از یک برگ حذف گردید. قلمه‌‌ها با تنظیم کننده‌‌های رشد گیاهی IBA و  SAهر یک در سه غلظت 500، 1000 و 2000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر و آب مقطر به‌‌عنوان شاهد، تیمار شدند. قلمه‌‌ها در بستر کاشتی از 70% ماسه و 30% پرلایت قرار گرفته و پس از سه ماه و اطمینان از فرایند ریشه‌‌زایی و ظاهر شدن شاخساره‌‌های جدید، بررسی شدند. بر اساس نتایج، بین تنظیم کننده‌‌های رشد گیاهی از لحاظ تمامی صفات، به‌‌غیر از قطر قلمه، تفاوت معنی‌‌دار مشاهده شد. بیشترین درصد ریشه‌زایی در 2000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر SA به میزان 95% مشاهده شد (36% بیشتر از شاهد). درحالی‌‌که تیمار 2000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر IBA با 60% ریشه‌‌زایی، 10% ریشه‌‌زایی کمتری از شاهد نشان داده و درصد پوسیدگی بالاتری داشت. با این وجود قلمه‌‌های ریشه‌‌دار شده با 2000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر IBA دارای بیشترین مقادیر وزن تر و خشک ریشه، حجم ریشه، طول شاخساره، وزن تر و خشک شاخساره و تعداد برگ بودند. قلمه‌‌های تحت تیمار 2000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر SA با وجود این‌‌که دارای بیشترین طول ریشه‌ی اصلی و قطر ریشه اصلی بودند ولی از نظر بیشتر خصوصیات مورد بررسی با شاهد تفاوت معنی‌‌دار نشان ندادند. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش کاربرد تنظیم کننده‌‌های رشد گیاهی IBA و SA به‌‌خصوص در غلظت بالا (2000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر) به ترتیب جهت بهبود صفات ریشه و درصد ریشه‌‌زایی در قلمه‌‌های نسترن زرد موثر بودند. البته به نظر می‌‌رسد تلفیق این دو تنظیم کننده‌‌های رشد گیاهی مؤثرتر باشد که در پژوهش‌‌های آینده نیاز به بررسی دارد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div dir="ltr"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Persian Yellow Rose (Rosa foetida Herrm.) is native to Iran and is one of the wild species in the Rosa genus. Beyond its ornamental value, this plant possesses countless medicinal properties, yet it has attracted little attention despite its potential for cultivation due to both aesthetic and therapeutic benefits.In this study, propagation of Persian Yellow Rose via softwood cuttings was investigated using the plant growth regulators auxin (IBA) and salicylic acid (SA). Softwood cuttings, 15 cm long and approximately 0.5 cm thick, were collected in August 2023. All leaves except one were removed. Cuttings were treated with either indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) or SA at concentrations of 500, 1,000, and 2,000 mg L-1, with distilled water as a control. They were then placed in a substrate of 70 % sand and 30 % perlite.After three months, once rooting had occurred and new shoots emerged, the cuttings were evaluated for root and shoot traits. Results showed significant differences among treatments (except for stem diameter). The highest rooting percentage (95 %) was achieved using 2,000  mg L-1 SA (36 % higher than the control). While the treatment with 2000 mg L-1 IBA showed 60 % rooting, it exhibited 10 % less rooting compared to the control and had a higher decay percentage. However, cuttings treated with 2,000  mg L-1 IBA showed the highest values in fresh and dry root weight, root volume, shoot length, fresh and dry shoot weight, and leaf number. Meanwhile, cuttings with 2,000  mg L-1 SA exhibited the greatest main-root length and diameter, though in most traits they did not differ significantly from the control. Overall, applying IBA and SA especially at high concentration (2,000 mg L-1) proved effective at enhancing rooting characteristics and rooting percentage, respectively, in Persian Yellow Rose cuttings.
