fa کاربرد مدل آنتروپی‌‌بیشینه (MaxEnt) برای ارزیابی مطلوبیت رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل (Rosa canina L.) در منظر طبیعی کَدکَن (خراسان رضوی) Application of the MaxEnt model to evaluate the habitat suitability of dog rose (Rosa canina L.) in the natural landscape of Kadkan (Khorasan Razavi) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سگ‌‌گل (نسترن وحشی) درختچه‌‌ای دارویی-زینتی است که در نواحی مختلف ایران دارای رویشگاه طبیعی می‌‌باشد. شرایط اقلیمی و جغرافیایی از عوامل مهمی هستند که بر پراکنش و مطلوبیت رویشگاه این گونه مؤثر هستند. شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر مطلوبیت رویشگاه گونه‌‌های گیاهی از عوامل مدیریتی لازم برای حفاظت رویشگاه و طراحی کاشت آینده است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تشخیص عوامل مؤثر بر مطلوبیت رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل در منطقه کدکن در استان خراسان رضوی انجام شد. از مدل MaxEnt برای تشخیص مطلوبیت زیستگاه سگ‌‌گل در رویشگاه مورد بررسی استفاده گردید. داده‌‌های مورداستفاده حاوی 14 داده شامل داده‌‌های خاک (بافت، pH، هدایت الکتریکی، مواد آلی و سولفات آهن)، اقلیم (بیشینه و کمینه دما و بارش)، پستی‌وبلندی (ارتفاع از سطح دریا، جهت، شیب و انحنای سطح) و داده‌‌های هیدرولوژی (شاخص رطوبت توپوگرافی و فاصله تا آبراهه) بود. ارزیابی کارایی مدل توسط منحنی ROC انجام شد و برای برآورد اهمیت متغیرها و درصد تأثیر هر یک در مدل‌‌ پایانی، از رویکرد جک نایف (Jackknife) استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که مدل MaxEnt دارای کارایی منطقی و قابل قبولی (866/0 = (AUC در تشخیص مطلوبیت رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل مطابق نقاط حضور در منطقه مورد بررسی بود. مطلوبیت رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل به 5 طبقه خیلی کم، کم، متوسط، زیاد و خیلی زیاد تقسیم شد که مطابق نتایج در منطقه مورد بررسی ناحیه‌‌ با مطلوبیت خیلی زیاد برای رویش سگ‌‌گل کمترین درصد را داشت. نتایج ارزیابی اهمیت متغیرها نشان داد، ارتفاع از سطح دریا بیشترین تأثیر در مطلوبیت رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل در منطقه کدکن دارد. pH، فاصله تا آبراهه، TWI، درصد رس و میزان سولفات آهن در بافت خاک به ترتیب عوامل بعدی هستند که بر مطلوبیت رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل در منطقه مورد بررسی مؤثر بودند. درپایان، 5/36% از ناحیه مورد بررسی از رویشگاه سگ‌‌گل در منطقه کدکن دارای مطلوبیت زیاد تا خیلی زیاد برای رویش این گونه است.    </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Dog rose (Rosa canina L.) is a medicinal-ornamental shrub that has a natural habitat in some regions of Iran. Climatic and geographical conditions of the habitat are the most important factors that have affected the distribution and habitat suitability of this species. Recognizing the factors affecting the habitat suitability of plants is necessary for species conservation programming and cultivation planning in the future. The current study was conducted to identify the factors that affect the habitat suitability of dog rose in the Kadkan region of Khorasan Razavi province using MaxEnt model. Input data included 14 factors of soil data (texture, acidity, electrical conductivity, organic matter and iron sulfate), climate (maximum and minimum temperature mean, annual precipitation mean), topographic (elevation, aspect, slope, plan curvature and hydrological data (topographic wetness index (TWI) and distance to stream). Evaluation of the model efficiency was investigated by the ROC curve and the importance of the variables influenced by the jackknife test. Results were shown that the MaxEnt model had a logical and acceptable efficiency (AUC = 0.866) in detecting the habitat suitability of the dog rose according to species presence points in the study area. The habitat suitability map was distinguished by MaxEnt model into 5 categories: very low, low, medium, high and very high. The area with very high suitability for dog rose growth had the lowest percentage in the investigated area. Results of the evaluation of variables importance showed that the elevation has the greatest effect on the habitat suitability of dog rose in the Kadkan region. Moreover, the acidity, environment relative humidity, TWI, clay, and the amount of iron sulfate in the soil were the other factors that respectively affected the habitat suitability of dog rose.
