fa بررسی تلاقی‌‌پذیری و برخی ویژگی‌های دانهال‌های به‌دست آمده از تلاقی ورد وحشی ایرانی (Rosa iberica Stev.) با گل محمدی و برخی رقم‌های تجاری ورد Investigations on cross-breeding and some characteristics of seedlings obtained from the crossing of wild Iranian rose (Rosa iberica Stev.) with Damask rose and some commercial rose cultivars عمومى General پژوهشي Research یکی از 14 گونه ورد وحشی بومی ایران، Rosa iberica می‌باشد. این گیاه دارای گل‌‌ها و برگ‌‌های معطر است. بنابراین، یکی از مهمترین هدف‌های این پژوهش بررسی قابلیت تلاقی پذیری این ورد بومی ایران با گل محمدی و چند رقم‌ تجاری ورد و همچنین بررسی تنژگی رویان و برخی ویژگی‌های ریخت شناسی نتاج آن‌ها بود. این پژوهش برای بررسی امکان تلاقی‌‌پذیری R. iberica با گل محمدی و 3 رقم تجاری ورد Avalanch، Red One وDolce Vita  در قالب طرح بلوک به طور کامل تصادفی برای بخش دورگه‌‌‌گیری و طرح به طور کامل تصادفی برای بخش نجات رویان در 5 تکرار انجام شد. نتیجه‌های به‌دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که بیشترین درصد تشکیل وردبر (میوه ورد) و بیشترین میانگین شمار بذر در هر وردبر از تلاقی R. iberica با گل محمدی به ترتیب 34% و 40/13% به‌دست آمد. همچنین R. iberica به عنوان والد گرده دهنده در تلاقی با والد بذری گل محمدی متفاوت بود و وردبر و بذر کمی تولید کرد. نتیجه‌های به‌دست آمده از تلاقی‌ها نشان داد که بیشترین ارتفاع، میانگین شمار برگ و درصد سبزی برگ و میزان کلروفیل مربوط به نژادگان‌ Id5 بود. تنها تلاقی بین <div style="text-align: justify;">R. iberica به‌‌عنوان والد گرده دهنده و رقم Red One به‌‌عنوان والد مادری موفق نبود و وردبر‌ها چند روز پس از تلاقی روی بوته خشک شدند و ریزش کردند. در تلاقی بین R. iberica با رقم Avalanch و همچنین R. iberica  با رقم Dolce Vita میانگین شمار بذر در هر وردبر به ترتیب 20/10% و 80/6% به‌دست آمد. در تلاقی بینR. iberica  به‌‌عنوان والد گرده دهنده با رقم Avalanch به‌‌عنوان والد مادری و همچنین R. iberica  به‌‌عنوان والد گرده دهنده با رقم Dolce Vita به‌‌عنوان والد مادری شمار زیادی از گیاهچه‌‌های تولیدی در مراحل اولیه رشد در محیط کشت MS از بین رفتند. در تلاقی R. iberica  با Avalanch و Dolce Vita نتاج به‌دست آمده بیشترین بد شکلی گیاه را نشان دادند که می‌توان این نتیجه‌ها را به نبود سازگاری گامتوفیتیک، ناهنجاری‌‌های میوزی و تجمع ژن‌‌های مغلوب زیان‌‌آور یا تفاوت در سطح چندگانی نتاج به‌دست آمده نسبت داد. یافته‌‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که R. iberica  با تولید بیشترین شمار وردبر و میانگین تولید بذر بالا برای گزینش به عنوان والد مادری بسیار مناسب است و همچنین نژادگان‌ به‌دست آمده در بیشتر واسنجه ها از والدها برتر بود که می‌تواند برای برنامه بهنژادی پیش رو برای بررسی ویژگی‌های گل، عطر گل و برگ نوید بخش باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Rosa iberica Stev. is one of the 14 wild rose species native to Iran. This plant has fragrant flowers and leaves. Therefore, one of the most important objectives of this study was to investigate the of crossability of R. iberica with R. damascena and commercial cultivars of Dolce Vita, Avalanch and Red One, as well as embryonic germination and some morphological characteristics of their offspring. This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of crossbreeding of R. iberica with R. damascena and 3 commercial cultivars of Rose Avalanch, Red One and Dolce Vita in a completely randomized block design for hybridization and a completely randomized design for embryo rescue in 5 repeat performed. The results of this study showed that the highest percentage of hip formation and the highest average number of seeds per hip from the intersection of R. iberica with R. damascena was 34% and 13.40%, respectively. Also, R. iberica as a pollinating parent was different from R. damascena seed parent and produced few hip and seeds. The results of crosses showed that the highest height, average number of leaves and green leaf percentage and chlorophyll content were belonged to id5 genotype. The only cross between R. iberica as the pollinating parent and the Red One cultivar as the parent was not successful, and the hips dried up and fell off the plant a few days after the crossing. In the crossings of R. iberica with Avalanch cultivar and also R. iberica with Dolce Vita cultivar, the average number of seeds per hip was 10.20% and 6.80%, respectively, and in the crossings between R. iberica as the pollinating parent with Avalanch cultivar as mother parent and also R. iberica as pollinator parent with Dolce Vita cultivar as mother parent, a large number of seedlings produced in the early stages of growth on MS culture medium were died, and in crossing of R. iberica with Avalanch and Dolce Vita resulted in the highest number of offspring. It can be attributed to gametophytic incompatibility, meiotic abnormalities and accumulation of recessive genes or differences in the ploidy levels of the resulting offspring.
