بررسی همبستگی و واکاوی خوشه‌ای صفات تنژگی بذر ٥​​​​​​ رقم ارکید فالانوپسیس در محیط کشت Chen

امروزه فنون کشت درون‌‌شیشه‌‌ای برای افزایش اقتصادی و سریع گونه‌‌های ارکید به‌‌ویژه فالانوپسیس پیشنهاد می‌‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی کیفیت تنژگی بذر پنج رقم ارکید فالانوپسیس و همبستگی شاخص‌‌‌های آن در محیط کشت  Chenبود. بررسی حاضر روی بذور نارس و رسیده پنج رقم ارکید فالانوپسیس شامل"Dubrovnik، Memphis، Andorra ، Bucharest و Nottingham انجام شد. کپسول‌‌ها در هر یک از ارقام با خودگرده‌‌افشانی گل تشکیل گردید. بذور در محیط کشت chen کشت شدند. در فاصله 18 تا 33 روز پس از کاشت، تعداد بذور نتنژیده و تنژیده شمارش گردیدند. بیشترین ضریب همبستگی بین سرعت تنژگی و شاخص تنژگی با مقدار 0/98 بود. نتایج واکاوی خوشه ای بر اساس تمامی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده تنژگی به روش بیشترین میانگین فاصله بین خوشه‌‌ها انجام شد که در نهایت در فاصله اقلیدوسی 1/25 ارقام به دو گروه تقسیم‌‌‌‌‌‌‌بندی ‌‌‌‌شدند ‌‌‌‌که ‌‌ارقام Dubrovnik و Memphis در‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ گروه اول ‌و ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ارقام‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ Andorra، Bucharest و Notingham در گروه دوم دسته بندی شدند. صفات مهم و کلیدی در جداسازی خوشه‌‌ای بین گروه‌‌ها درصد تنژگی، سرعت تنژگی، شاخص تنژگی و میانگین زمان تنژگی بودند. آزمون واکاوی تابع تشخیص، گروه‌‌بندی بین ارقام را 100% تایید کرد. دو آزمون Hotelling-Lawley Trace و Roychr('39')s Greatest Root دارای بیشترین مقدار (5/23) برای تایید گروه‌‌بندی بود. با توجه به نتایج واکاوی خوشه‌‌ای و همبستگی می توان نتیجه گرفت که‌ رقم Notingham دارای بیشترین مقدار در عاملهای تنژگی بوده و بر این اساس می‌‌توان از صفات درصد تنژگی، سرعت تنژگی و شاخص تنژگی به عنوان صفات کلیدی برای برنامه‌‌‌های بهنژادی استفاده کرد.
