fa بررسی نقش مشارکت شهروندان در بهینه‌سازی طراحی پارک‌های شهری (نمونه موردی: پارک نرگس کرج) Investigating The Role of Citizen Participation in the Optimization of Urban Park Design (Case Study: Narges Park, Karaj) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مشارکت فعال شهروندان در توسعه و مدیریت شهری، به‌ویژه در حفظ و گسترش فضاهای سبز، نقشی حیاتی در پویایی شهرها ایفا می‌کند. این تعامل نه‌تنها کیفیت زندگی ساکنان را ارتقا می‌بخشد، بلکه با تقویت حس تعلق مکانی، بستری برای شکل‌گیری جامعه‌ای منسجم و پایدار فراهم می‌آورد. بااین‌حال، بسیاری از پارک‌های محله‌ای با نیازهای واقعی کاربران همخوانی نداشته و این شکاف به کاهش کارایی و افزایش هزینه‌های نگهداری می‌انجامد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش مشارکت شهروندان در بهینه‌سازی طراحی پارک‌های شهری و تقویت حس تعلق مکانی، با رویکرد ترکیبی متوالی در سه مرحله اجرا شد: (۱) مطالعه اکتشافی در سه کلان‌شهر تهران، شیراز و کرج از طریق مصاحبه با متخصصان شهرداری، (۲) کارگاه طراحی مشارکتی با حضور ۵۰ نفر از کاربران پارک نرگس کرج، و (۳) پیمایش کمی با ۳۸۴ پرسش‌نامه. داده‌های کیفی با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA و روش کدگذاری استقرایی تحلیل شد و نشان داد مهم‌ترین دغدغه کاربران، کمبود امنیت (۳۴ تکرار)، سرویس‌های بهداشتی و فضاهای ویژه کودکان و سالمندان است. تحلیل کمی با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) در نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS نشان داد «مشارکت» با «رفتار سیستم» (668/9=T) و «کاهش موانع مشارکت» (272/2=T) بیشترین ارتباط معنادار را دارد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مشارکت پایدار بیش از مشوق‌های مالی، بر پیوند با فرهنگ محلی، احساس امنیت و اعتماد متقابل استوار است. همچنین سالمندان به‌عنوان «یاوران پارک» ظرفیت بالایی برای مشارکت فعال دارند. در مقابل، روش‌های سنتی آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی به‌تنهایی تأثیر معناداری بر مشارکت ندارند و لازم است به سمت تجربه‌های عملی و میدانی حرکت کرد. مدل مشارکت ترکیبی (حضوری و غیرحضوری) ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش، گامی فراتر از رویکردهای تک‌بعدی پیشین است و می‌تواند الگویی کارآمد برای طراحی و مدیریت پارک‌های محله‌ای در ایران باشد. بر اساس یافته‌ها، پیشنهاد می‌شود حداقل %۱۰ از بودجه سالانه پارک‌ها به برنامه‌های آموزشی و فرهنگی اختصاص یابد، سالمندان در مدیریت پارک‌ها توانمندسازی شوند و بسترهای تعامل دیجیتال برای گزارش مشکلات و تبادل نظر فراهم آید.   Citizen participation in the development and management of urban green spaces plays a vital role in enhancing urban vitality and improving residents' quality of life. This study aims to investigate the role of citizen participation in optimizing urban park design and strengthening the sense of place attachment. A sequential mixed-methods approach was employed in three stages: (1) an exploratory study in three major Iranian cities—Tehran, Shiraz, and Karaj—through interviews with municipal experts, (2) a participatory design workshop with 50 users of Narges Park in Karaj, and (3) a quantitative survey with 384 questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed using MAXQDA software through inductive coding, revealing that the most significant concerns of users were lack of security (34 repetitions), inadequate sanitary facilities, and insufficient spaces dedicated to children and older adults. Quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in Smart-PLS demonstrated that "participation" had the strongest significant relationships with "system behavior" (T=9.668) and "reduction of participation barriers" (T=2.272). The findings indicate that sustainable participation relies more on local cultural connections, perceived safety, and mutual trust than on financial incentives. Notably, older adults emerged as "park stewards" with substantial potential for active engagement. Conversely, traditional educational and awareness-raising methods alone showed no significant effect on participation, suggesting a need to shift toward hands-on, experiential approaches. The hybrid participation model (combining in-person and digital platforms) proposed in this study advances beyond previous one-dimensional approaches and offers an effective framework for designing and managing neighborhood parks in Iran. Based on these findings, it is recommended that at least 10% of annual park budgets be allocated to educational and cultural programs, that older adults be empowered to participate in park management, and that digital interactive platforms be developed to facilitate reporting and idea exchange.   واژگان کلیدی: پارک محله‌ای, طراحی مشارکتی, فضای سبز شهری, مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری, مشارکت شهروندی.
